30-Day Return Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not, we offer a 30-day return policy.

• Eligibility: Items must be returned within 30 days of the original purchase date.
• Condition: Products must be unused, in their original packaging, and in resellable condition.
• Process: To initiate a return, please send email to info "at" pedroseurope.eu and confirm item(s) that will be returned and provide a reference to the purchase order number received when product was purchased from our webshop. 
• Delivery: Mark the outside of your package 'RETURNED GOODS PEDRO'S'. The return address is Pedro's Europe AB, c/o Redwood Fulfilment B.V., Sikkel 17, 3274 KK Heinenoord, The Netherlands. Pedro's Europe do not cover the delivery cost for returned products. 
• Refunds: Once your return is received and inspected, we will process your refund within 7-10 business days to your original payment method.
