We work hard to ensure the quality and performance of every Pedro’s product and proudly stand behind them with industry leading warranty policies.
The warranty covers breakage and poor craftsmanship. The warranty does not cover general wear and tear nor corrosion and/or deterioration caused by material fatigue defined as the natural breakdown of materials that occurs after extended use.
Pedro's 2-Year Warranty covers all applicable Pedro’s tools and accessories against breakage, malfunction, or defect. Under this warranty, we will repair or replace your product, at our discretion, within two years of the purchase date.
Warranty period is specified on the product pages. For all warranty cases, the following applies:
- Costs incurred as a result of loss of use, as well as labour charges for part replacement or changeovers are not covered.
- If a repair/replacement is not possible Pedro’s will offer an alternative of equal or greater value or a refund proportional to the remaining life of the product.
Warranty items shall be returned to the shop it was bought from, if the claim is rejected, then follow the procedure outlined below.
1. E-mail Pedro's Europe at info"at"pedroseurope.eu. Please describe the problem and add a picture. Do not deliver the goods, wait for a response from Pedro's Europe.
2. Pedro's Europe offer either replacement, repair or refund, we will also inform if the original item needs to be shipped back or not.
3. If item shall be sent back, post the item back to Pedro’s Europe, please mark the outside of your package 'RETURNED GOODS WARRANTY ITEM'. The return address is Pedro's Europe AB, Västra Granholmen 13, 185 99 Vaxholm, Sweden
